  • Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service and it has not yet been started (e.g., campaigns not launched, consultations not scheduled), a refund may be requested. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Non-Performance of Services: If the service has been initiated but does not meet the agreed-upon standards as outlined in the Service Agreement, we will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns. If resolution is not possible, a partial or full refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to review.

2. Refund Process

3. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after purchasing the service or if you are unsatisfied with the service, but no fault or non-performance on our part is identified.
  • Delayed Delivery: While we strive to meet deadlines and delivery timelines, we cannot guarantee specific results or timeframes due to the nature of digital marketing campaigns. 4. Refund Processing

Refunds, when approved, will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider. If your original payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
